1. Fulfillment & Logistics Commitment
We operate from strategic local hubs across USA, UK, and EU. Shipping speed and handling are categorized by the Gear Status marked on each product:
Elite Prime & Verified Gear: Dispatched within 24-72 working hours from regional hubs (NJ, TX, CA, UK East Midlands, Germany). ETA: 2-5 business days.
Tactical Selection Gear: Shipped directly from specialized partner facilities. ETA: 7-15 business days.
Remote Area Notice: For shipping to remote regions (e.g., Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico), additional carrier surcharges are the customer’s responsibility.
The “Delivered” Rule: Our fulfillment obligation is strictly completed once the official carrier (FedEx, UPS, USPS, DHL) marks the order as “Delivered”. We are not liable for packages lost or stolen after this confirmation (e.g., porch piracy).
Investigation Threshold: If tracking remains inactive for 10 consecutive business days, please contact our tactical support to initiate a Lost Package Recovery process.
2. Return & Refund Policy
Due to our industrial sourcing model and ultra-low pricing, returns are strictly regulated:
Tactical Gear (Final Sale): Sourced from specialized facilities. These items are NOT eligible for non-quality related returns or exchanges.
Elite & Verified Gear: Eligible for returns within 7 days of delivery.
Condition: Items must be Unopened, Unused, and in Original Packaging. Damaged or opened items will be rejected.
3. Financial Recovery (Restocking Fees)
To cover supplier-side deductions and non-refundable transaction costs, all non-quality returns are subject to a 38% total deduction (35% restocking fee + 3% transaction fee).
4. Quality Claims
For functional defects, photo/video evidence is mandatory and must be reported within 7 days of receipt. We provide full replacements for confirmed quality issues.
5. Cryptocurrency Refund Protocol
USD Valuation: All crypto-refunds are calculated based on the original USD value of the transaction at the time the refund is processed.
Fees: Blockchain network fees (Gas fees) are non-refundable and will be deducted from the final amount.
