2. Order Payments & Transaction Fees
All orders are processed through secure payment gateways. Please note that a 3% non-refundable transaction processing fee is incurred at the moment of purchase. This fee is charged by the payment processor and is not recoverable by Style & Seek in the event of an order cancellation.
3. Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellations: If you request a cancellation before the order is dispatched, your refund will be the total amount minus the 3% transaction fee.
Returns: For orders cancelled or returned after dispatch, a total fee of 28% (3% transaction fee + 25% restocking fee) will be deducted from the refund.
Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable, and the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs to our designated local depots.
4. Product Use & Liability
Style & Seek provides high-quality outdoor and professional gear. Users are responsible for following safety guidelines provided with each product. We are not liable for any misuse or accidents occurring during product operation.

These terms shall be governed by and defined in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which our primary fulfillment center operates.
